Families who live in the shelter receive personalized care and advocacy during their stay. Caring, trained staff members strive to meet every family’s needs during times of fear and uncertainty. Case Managers evaluate each victim’s circumstances and discuss shelter rules and dynamics on a case by case basis. Referrals and case management are offered to every victim, even those who do not stay in the shelter. Services are available to all victims, without regard to race, color, national origin, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
